Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, and Saturday, 8 am – 12 pm. We are closed on Sunday.
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday during business hours for urgent cases. We recommend calling our team on (214) 528-3360 prior to your arrival so we can prepare to receive your pet.
Outside our hours we refer to Veterinary Emergency Group, which provides 24/7 emergency care, including holidays: (972) 544-7311.
Call us on (214) 528-3360 or log in to the Pet Portal. In the portal you can request and manage appointments, request prescription refills, view vaccine history and medical records, message the hospital team and update your pet’s information.
